Steven collect my car from home to ensure the work could be carried out despite the storms.

Steve was great and his hairy assistant adorable. Due to weather the work was delayed due to a part being delivered late but Steve communicated throughout and arrived at the alternative appointment time. He did the starter motor quickly and efficiently after ensuring that was actually needed and was friendly and kept us updated throughout.

Steven was once again terrific. Completed the job in a gale and driving rain.

Steve was excellent. Clear communication and really helpful. Said he would be back tomorrow to finish the job as parts not available on a Bank Holiday.
