whole experience was a stressfull nightmare from start to finish
started job then left car in bits promising to return
took payment even though job not completed.
never turned up again,
truly left me in the lurch.

I had been due to have my MOT failed car fixed, so I could attend an important family meeting tomorrow. I messaged CM stating that I tried contacting him, but his phone number was dead, so they forwarded on a message via their site.
Booking was for 12-2pm, now nearly 4pm, can't contact Adam, ClickMech seem to have closed for the day and I can't even find a contact phone number for them.
Very disappointed as Adam had good reviews, might just be one of those things, but I'm left with no car now. MOT retest due in 2 days, so, I'm now hoping that at least someone will get this sorted for then!

Adam arrived in the allocated time slot. He was super friendly and did the job quicker than I thought. He went over what he had done after and gave me advice on maintenance and info on another job I asked him about. Really happy with the work done. Would recommend.

me paying almost £200 more than your quote

Adam was great, he came at the very last minute of my appointed time slot but still within the time, came and did a very good job fitting new brake disks and pads in less than an hour. The only thing I'd say is when he was done he just handed my keys back to a colleague - I would've liked to speak to him before he left but he got the job done with minimal disturbance to me or my colleagues whilst in work.

Adam was professional and efficient.
