Jacek communicated thoroughly with me after booking as it turned out the quote provided by clickmechanic was not accurate as the part that would be needed for the job would be more expensive
Happy with the work done, no problem with the mechanic, but issues with the website not giving correct quote, or being able to contact them to discuss the issue was frustrating

Nissan X-Trail Lower ball joint replacement - front (driver side)

Jacek was great....Arrived on time, very friendly, did the job on my drive and even with the time he had to spend getting a bigger breaker bar (the ball joint was nasty!!) did the whole job in much less time than another garage had quoted me for.
Will definitely be using again and recomending to my friends/colleagues

The work carried out was good. Only two comments. I have my book. Didn’t. Get stamped. Second the guy turned up in a car ! Which felt a van would have looked more professional. Service.
