Yes Our mechanic listened to our problem found the fault very quickly explained and he showed me the issue and what was needed to remedy it. The price was agreed and the work will be carried out. We are currently on holiday so the service Click Mechanic was very much needed.

Emil was extremely pleasant and found the problem very quickly. He did his utmost to fix it but the radiator burst and no more could be done which was in no way his fault. I would have no hesitation in recommending Emil to carry out work.

Friendly and knowledgeable, and the cruise control worked again fine after about one hour 15 min. But the arithmetics were a bit off. The quote for showing up within 2 working days was £ 71.11 plus £10 extra for getting it done by today. After checking, the mechanic said he would be able to fix it today for an extra £50.00. I said OK. The final bill came to £148.11, which is £17.00 over the £131.11 that I expected. Not that I mind giving a tip for good work, but proper exact quotes are more agreable.

It was okay... just turned up in a car with minimal tools/gear. Dressed in casual clothes, not looking like he'd come to do any work and be prepared to get dirty. A bit odd, but he did when needed which was to remove a wheel from our car and he checked things over for us, so that was good.

He arrived early, was friendly and courteous. He carried out a diagnostic review of my car. He drove the car to find out the fault first hand. He suggested a course of action that could solve the problem.
It was difficult to follow the diagnostic info on his machine as it was in Polish.

Really good ,came early and gave a good inspection of car and advised on what to do next
