Mechanic was helpful and explained things about work to be carried out. Was later than expected but this was due to motor factors saying they may have issued wrong parts so he had to wait for an alternative. All work carried as requested. Would use again

Andrew was a very capable mechanic, very polite did a good job and had excellent proactive communication with me in terms of keeping me advised about his arrival time on the day of the work. My disappointment is not about Andrew himself but the payment processing method used by ClicMechanic.
It stated clearly on the website I would not be charged until the worked had been completed. This was not the case I was charged the day before the job and the work carried out was actually £100 less than the quote. Three days later I still have not been refunded, I’m not impressed with the system and misrepresentation on the website.
