Amazing service. Very knowledgeable. It ended up being a huge light issue on the drivers side, unfixable. It has led me to open a complaint against Sandicliffe Ford Loughborough, who carried out the repairs, as they have have done extremely shoddy bodywork repairs and even forgot to put things back and left the outside temperature sensor grounded - which Stefan fixed, along with the tyre pressure sensor, which had been puy on the incorrect setting!! If my car faults again, I would be very pleased to invite Stefan to come and fix. Made me very grateful to be shown and explained in a professional manner.
