Ben and Callum were really great, especially when the dealer was very unhelpful. I only spoke with the mechanics on the phone but they kept me up to date with where they were, what they were doing and when I could expect information. They were very patient even when they turned up to the dealer at the agreed time and found the place locked up. They ended up having to go back to the garage later and even then the dealer was very unhelpful. Despite that Ben and Callum didn't complain and got all the inspections done, emailed the results and called me to talk through. I'd absolutely recommend their service to people in the future. I was four hours away from the car and to have someone who overcame the issues, kept in touch and didn't make it feel like my problem was amazing. Great work team and thanks for your tenacity! He was late I had to call to find out if he was coming. He gave a totally wrong diagnosis and made me buy spare parts that were not needed. Still charged me.
I sort a second opinion and the issue was sorted under 20 minutes for a fraction of the costs he was asking for.
