Excellent, great communication, felt very reassured about purchasing the car, with being able to talk to the mechanic as well as getting the report the same day. Very friendly, brilliant. Would highley recommend and having not seen the car, I felt so much more confident in the purchase by as I said before, by being able to talk to the mechanic, before he sent the report.

Top marks for Marc, he didn't initially turn up when he was originally supposed to, but had a valid reason which I was happy to accept; when he did turn up on our re-arranged day, he was punctual and although he was honest and advised my brakes didn't need replacing as I'd been advised by Kwik Fit, he was happy to do anyway for my peace of mind and did a great job! Thanks Marc!

Friendly and very helpful

Not good I'm afraid, told us smoke from exhaust was a dpf regen needed when actually when I took it to the garage it was the turbo that needed replaced. Waste of Money.
