Henry was amazing! Was very courteous and amenable. He asked a few questions straight away and didn't make me feel ' like a daft old woman' :-) He completed the work very quickly and efficiently. All done in 75 minutes. He gave me some advise on what to do next and answered a couple of questions I had. Would recommend using again in a heartbeat.
