Jamie was fantastic. Incredibly down to earth, knowledgeable and extremely efficient. My fault was originally misdiagnosed and he picked up on this within 5 minutes tops, saved me well over £150 yesterday and I am eternally grateful.

Jamie was earlier than expected friendly and easy to talk to.
He did numerous checks and identified a fault with the instrument cluster, found someone who could repair it and even found out the cost.

Jamie telephoned before arriving and was punctual. I paid the £91 in good faith when Jamie arrived he spoke to my husband he stayed no more than 10 minutes saying he would get back to us. When the receipt arrived there was a note on the bottom saying he could not do the work - I think £91 was the most I have ever been charged for 10 minutes work.

Jamie and click mechanic really saved me. He identified the fault within 20 mins. My other mechanic was trying to sell my car to him for a scrap price. So i decided to go with an expert opinion before scrapping it. Jamie inspected the car and found the fault with one of the sensors, gave me a quote and replaced it today. Now the car works fine.
