Adam was superb, very polite, presentable. I had a question so had to ring them up and they explained it to me. Despite them having to order new wiper blades (which I was expecting) the car was back very quickly. I was kept fully informed with phone calls giving me the price and then ringing to say when car would be coming back. The ClickMechanic website is very straightforward to use. It's the first time I've used this service, but, I definitely will be again, thank you.
