Alex was good, he had trouble removing the wheels as a previous mechanic did them up too tight but he kept at it and managed to fit the new brakes. He was friendly and took the trouble to explain everything clearly.

Alex was great and knowledgeable. Took care in the job at hand. I am happy with the work done today.
