Even though I had booked an evening slot and it was already quite late, Jack patiently took the time to check the issue with my headlights and provided me with very helpful advice. Job was to replace rear brake discs and pads, in addition one of the brakes was ‘dragging’. Following some communications Jack acquired a replacement calliper just in case, this proved to be prudent.
He demonstrated and explained the failure of the calliper and only after I has agreed, added the replacement of the calliper to the job.
