Ali was terrific. Called in the morning to give a a specific time he would be arriving which enabled me to let the seller know. Explained what he would be checking. Called straight after the appointment to give me a detailed and accurate update. Was able to provide clear answers to my questions and just said to call him if I thought of anything else.
