Please note that it is my belief that the click mechanic engineer in February who attended to do service, MOT and high pitched noise (normally when moving off on cold days) investigation should of extended his investigation of the fan belt noise especially as the original belt was in good condition. The noise was caused by a failing alternator which last Thursday left me stranded on the road after a complete engine shut down. This required a total lift from a breakdown service thereby losing my no claims bonus. Matt diagnosed the problem carefully this time.

Absolutely nothing negative to report. First time using Matt. He was courteous and helpful throughout and the quality of the work done appears to be top notch as was the communication.

While friendly, he missed many key issues that were evident on the car including the tyre that had uneven wear and needed replacing, the panels that don't line up signalling that the car had been in an accident and the rear brake discs that needed replacing due to wear.

Very happy with Matts work and highly knowledgeable and was prompt collecting and returning car to mem Highly recommended and will use his services again.
