James was brilliant. He arrived on time and at the very beginning of the 2 hours file slot. He called ahead 15 minutes prior to the slot to let me knew he was on the way. He was very thorough and left nothing unchecked before he gave the final diagnosis. Really happy with the service and would highly recommend James. Will use again

James called the night before to get a better understanding of the problem as I requested a diagnostic to be carried out. Arrived at the time he said he would. During the work very polite, kept me informed throughout of what was happening and why, very knowledgeable and I felt in good hands knowing that my car was well looked after and would be back on the road before I knew it. Great guy.
