Car fixed while I was at work and a message when completed. Very pleased. I didn’t meet Ryan as I was working.

Ryan - excellent communication, informed me in advance that he would be earlier and happy with the work on the car.

I would have given Ryan 5 stars but it was a little disappointing that he couldn't carry out tyre pressure checks because he doesn't have a compressor installed on his van, however, very nice guy and other than the tyre situation i was happy.

The only thing I can mark Ryan down on is punctuality. He did however contact me, apologised and explained that his 1st job of the day was taking longer than expected. These things happen and it was great that he rang me to explain the delay and not me chasing him up. On arrival, he and his colleague cracked straight on and had the work done quickly and cleanly.

I had Ryan come and do my brakes and discs (front and rear) he was punctual, friendly and very professional. The job was done quickly and with no fuss. I always hate the feeling of being ripped off, but never felt this with Ryan. Would definitely use again
