Chris attended on time. He was extremely friendly and clearly knowledgeable. He explained every part of the diagnostic process and gave me the reassurance I needed as the customer as to what the fault was and what further works were required, including timescales, to get it rectified. I could not fault his application to rectify the fault. Unfortunately the fault could not be rectified on his initial visit as parts needed to be ordered to complete the repair.

Job was completed quickly and everything was explained to me when it was happening with a few updates. However, they left the old part in my car, so I now need to go to the tip to get rid of it.

Although unable to fix the problem, he worked hard to try to figure out what was wrong and gave me good advice about which expert to call. This was a complex computer system problem.
