Jim arrived 1 hour later than the 2 hour window he chose. He did phone me twice to let me know he was running late.
Once he arrived, he changed my Altenator and drive belt (both with new ones) in less than an hour. Cost me £150 to £200 less than my local garages quoted with no hidden charges. So can't really complain. I would use him again. Cheers 👍
