Nathan carried out a pre inspection check for me. He picked up a bunch of issues that I had missed and was able to talk me (a not very car savvy person!) through them in a really friendly way so they made sense. He also talked these through with the dealer on my behalf which was super useful as I wasn't able to be on site for the inspection.
