My mechanic was very friendly and knowledgeable I was happy with the work then an hour after he went the light comes back on saying there is a fault and I can't believe that labour cost for one hour was £178 pounds

Paid for full service. Had car checked when returned, service not done! Garage refusing to provide proof of work completed, and click mechanic say it’s not their problem. £196 for a lying cheating scam!

Hi Anna,
You can't say that you checked the car when it got home and that the service wasn't done just because you checked the oil dipstick and the oil was black, like that with a car with a diesel engine.We have already offered to do the service again in your presence and in this way we can prove you wrong and that you accuse us unfairly.

Mads was very friendly but respectful and so keen to do a good job. So many people didn’t want to take on this task (BMW timing chain replacement) but he was more than happy to do so and did a fantastic job. I really appreciated his regular communication using photos and videos. Old fashioned service from a younger man. So refreshing. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
