The guy who collected my van was on time and polite.
There was little communication between myself and the garage but on the one occasion the garage did have to call me regarding a problem, they explained the problem in detail and asked for my permission to continue.
The garage had my van from 09:00 - 17:15 but I assume this was exaggerated by the problem which arose.

They were fantastic from start to finish. My car was collected from me one evening and returned to me the following evening. I was notified of the exact work that needed doing during the morning and was also updated with photos of the work being carried out throughout the day.
