Paulo was brilliant, very polite and told me a couple of other problems that I needed to get fixed at some point soon. He also arrived early. This company is fantastic if you need to get things fixed urgently. Will definitely use them again. 😁

The mechanic was professional friendly and reassuring. He was knowledgable about the car and what was causing the problem. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others. Really pleased with how he dealt with me.

This is the first time I’ve used ClickMechanic and with the money pre-authorised I was concerned this was a scam. However Paulo proved to match his previous reviews. Arrived on time, changed the water pump for the agreed price. Also pointed out other potential issues. He showed me what he had done and explained why. I can’t speak for other mechanics, but can fully recommend Paulo and would definitely use him again.

Paulo was absolutely first class. He arrived about 20 minutes early and set too straight away. He was exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Nothing seemed to phase him and he maintained a cheery disposition throughout the repair. I was in awe of how easy he made the complex repair look.
I had been told to expect a minimum of 3 hours to facilitate a repair, Paulo completed it in about 2.
There were one or two problems which had clearly been caused by previous repairers such as rounded nuts and bolts, overtightened bolts and such, but not one complaint from Paulo, he just dealt with it in innovative ways and moved on. Paulo was friendly and helpful. He had problems connecting his equipment to our engine management system and came back 2 days later with a different pc. Once connected he thought he had diagnosed the problem. He suggested a remedy which we tried but it ended up with our car dieing on the M27 and having to call RAC for assistance. It resulted in us spending 30 hours at Rownham services on the M27. We are still awaiting the return of our car to our local garage to identify the faults and see if we can repair them. We found dealing with clckmechanic straightforward and reassuring. Paulo reduced the charge once he realised that the symptoms weren't the obvious cause of the problem. Afraid I can't award 5 out of 5 but I have no complaints with clickmechanic or Paulo. Read more
