They charged me for wipers replacement £40 even if the front wipers were only 1 month old as I replaced them myself. Also they look exactly the same so I doubt they actually did anything. They didn't even call me about this needed to be replacement.

Also I had 2 tyres that needed replacing but they left the old tyres in the boot instead of recycling them.

Quick turnround for a cable turned into 3 days without a car.
Then the bill arrived and I found out about the VAT!
