Disappointed. Car was due to go yesterday but left lunchtime today. Had no communication from mechanic and when returned was told my steering was dangerous. Had AA out and he found nothing wrong with my steering wheel. Got charged ÂŁ30.00 for priority slot fee between 12/13th however car went today 14th so I have my ÂŁ30.00 back. Would I use this service again NO.

I’m sorry to hear about your disappointment with our service. I wanted to clarify the timeline regarding the collection. On the day of collection, I called you at 5:30pm 2hr 30min before the scheduled collection time. 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM, to keep you updated on the parts. Unfortunately, the MOT could only be completed the next day.
I offered to collect your vehicle that same day or the next, and you chose to have it collected the following day. I assured you that I would arrive before midday, which you also confirmed.
Regarding the MOT certificate, I pointed out the advisory about the play in your steering wheel.
I strongly recommend taking it to a main dealer, as it could be related to a potential recall. My goal is always to inform you about anything that might affect your vehicle's safety. Please know that I never charge for this advice; I just want to ensure your vehicle is in the best condition.
