I started my journey into the motor trade 18years ago as a IMI apprentice and working my way up to gain level 3 in BTech then going off to university to study Motor sport engineering. I worked in Main dealer GM and local VW specialist.

I offer general service and repair on most make and model. In depth diagnosis and fault finding. Also carry out mobile alloy wheel refurbishment on site and off site depending on repairs.

Ebo was great. Kept me informed whenever there was a change in plan. Clear analysis of problem with wheel sensor and rapid production of a quotation - that I may or may not follow up. Good fast job replacing the clutch - drives fine now

The mechanic that eventually turned up the following day did the job as expected - but no apology was made for not turning up on the pre-paid and pre-arranged date the day before. I was kept waiting for 2 hours without any communication on the pre-arranged date - I then had to contact them to find out that they couldn't make it. Really poor service and horrendously awful communication. It cost me £400 of my time to wait for a no-show. I expect a full refund.

He didn't come to the appointment. Didn't communicate just when I asked after the appointment when he is coming, he messaged he won't come until I pay... I paid but he didn't see that. Had to rearrange for hours later. Again he was late, no communication, I had to call where is he, he was a good 20 minutes late. He done the job less than an hour offered another quote as my service is due soon... Seen it on my dash... Forgot to mention that my convertible top light is flashing on the dash indicating a fault. Before he rammaged through my boot for some tool to take of the cap of my wheels. I told him I don't have that but still moved everything in my boot probably hitting a sensor for the roof. Now I have the flashing light and he denies he did anything, refuse to come back under warranty, and pretty much both the mechanic and click mechanic ignoring any communication attempt to help me resolve what he damaged. Would never recommend either him or this site again. Read more

Thank you for sharing your experience. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you faced during your appointment. Clear communication and timely service are essential, and I regret that we did not meet your expectations.

I would like to clarify a few points:

1. You initially booked an appointment to change your brake pads, but later requested additional work on the caliper. I communicated the additional charge, and close to the appointment time, I received a notification that your payment was not authorized. When we spoke, you mentioned needing to transfer funds, and I was waiting for your confirmation.
When you inquired about my arrival, I informed you that I would not be able to come until payment was authorized. Subsequently, ClickMechanic confirmed that the payment had been approved.

2. Regarding my arrival time, I want to clarify that the appointment was rescheduled due to the payment issues and the additional work you requested. You also changed the original location for the job. I informed you that I was waiting for a delivery related to the brake caliper, and all of this was communicated and agreed upon.

3. Concerning the flashing light and the search for tools, I asked for your permission to look for the pin needed to remove the wheel bolt cover. You opened the boot and indicated you didn’t think the tool was there. I quickly checked but did not move anything, as you were standing right next to me. I did notice your service was due when I turned on the ignition to check the mileage. I did not see the roof light flashing at that time. I suggested that you take your vehicle to a third-party garage to investigate the issue, as it may be related to the items in your boot.

We take our work seriously and value our customers’ feedback. I encourage you to reconsider your review, as we strive to provide quality service. I have documented all our communications, and I would prefer to resolve this matter amicably.
