It is very easy and straightforward. I don't normally do reviews. I can't be bothered, to be honest. But the guy who came and completed the work on my car was 5 stars, and excellent in every area. Definitely recommended.

Mechanic was really nice. He arrived on time, explained what he had done and also advised me what would need replacing in the future. It’s the first time I’ve used Click Mechanic but definitely won’t be the last.

Chris is my go to guy, always does an amazing job in a timely matter. Had an urgent problem and he took the time to hop on FaceTime with me to walk me through the issue before coming to help me out. Customer service above and beyond like that is quite rare nowadays, happy to see it is something he takes pride in. Super nice guy, works fast and efficiently.

Mechanic was very friendly and very knowledgeable. Communication was excellent, he called me first to let me know what he was going to do and when he would arrive. Got me back in the road a lot quicker than I was expecting!
