Very friendly and knows his stuff. Very happy with the work. He got given the wrong part and he sorted this out quickly but did end up being 30 minutes late; but not his fault!

Florin seemed a very knowledgeable guy, he confirmed what i suspected was the issue with my engine. And hence I was happy for him to work on, to me, a very important vehicle.
