Olu provided information when asked. He gave full explanations and sent photographs.
He even offered to lend me his car when it turned out mine would be with him a few days while he waited for the parts. Then he also drove to dagenham on a weekend to pick up the part to avoid waiting for a delivery.

Only complaint is that it ended up costing x3 the quote.
Not his fault though.

Max was terrific and thorough. Made sure to check if the car had any further problems than diagnosed. Saved me from making a greater payment than quoted by other engineers regarding a false advisory about my brakes

Job completed on time in full. We wantedv the vehicle returned in time to collect the kids from school. Very pleased.

Had a diagnostic check on my car. Ola was very knowledgeable and experienced in his field. Communication was great. Called before he arrived and quickly diagnosed the fault. His repair estimate was clear with a full breakdown for parts and labour. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ola.

Olu was great but lack of comunication.
I did not get a detailed receipt.
The only thing I could see was the prices for parts and service.
It doesn’t show the actual purchase price of the parts, date and vat, so it’s hard to relate that the actual repair and replacement of the parts took place.

Mechanic was friendly and knowledgeable.
I'm very happy with the work done on my car.
