Caleb was amazing! Friendly, knowledgeable, punctual and did a great job. I was worried that a previous mechanic from a different service had not completed the job properly and in an hour my engine was properly functioning. Also appreciated the attention to detail and explanation about the job and other areas that will possibly need attention. Lovely genuine person.

I am extremely unhappy with the work carried out. I had a new Starter Motor fitted and was told by the mechanic that that hadn’t fixed my problem and further diagnostics were needed to get my car back on the road.
I the. Had to pay another mechanic to come out to tell me there was nothing wrong with the starter motor but that the bolts had been fitted incorrectly so the Starter Motor was sitting in place correctly.
He showed me exactly what he was doing, explaining at each step and I watched him take out the (cheap and nasty in his words) starter motor and then correctly refit it, at which point it worked fine.
I paid Click Mechanic £255 for a terrible service and a car that still wouldn’t move. A paid the independent mechanic a fraction of that rip off price to have my car back on the road in half an hour.
Fuming doesn’t even begin to say how I feel about Click Mechanic, I will certainly not use them again. Read more
