Romario was exceptional!! We needed a mechanic the same day as booking. He attended within hours of the initial booking and completed the pre purchase checks diligently. He even moved his time forward to suite our needs. He communicated really well and was happy to have a phone call with me after. I would highly recommend him!

Ford Transit Custom Brake discs and pads replacement - front (both)

Not entirely , the first visit they came with the wrong parts which they said was their supplier which if so was not there fault.
They did return the next day with the correct parts but managed to round off the locking wheel nut socket which on the second wheel they tried to take off !
There was nothing wrong with it up till that point and the wheel they tried to remove was the wheel that had been taken off the day before with no problem.
They did get a new one from fords which I have now but charged me for it !

We are sorry to hear you are displeased, we have gone above and beyond working on your vehicle. Initially we did get provided incorrect parts and as a good will gesture we had removed the £40 priority fee. Your locking wheel nut was rounded off and not engaging to begin with which meant we had spent over 3 hours initially working on the discs and pads for your vehicle and had only managed to complete the right hand side on our first visit. In this amount of time we could of done all four discs and pads and also a full service! It then became apparent that it would be completely impossible to continue work on your vehicle as you need a locking wheel nut in good condition to remove the wheels.
The current one you had just would not work any more. We spoke to yourself and explained the situation to which we shook hands and rescheduled the job for when a new wheel nut would arrive from Ford which we ordered for you and would take approximately a week to arrive. We also informed you we would travel to any new address wherever you may be free or charge and carry out the works. As soon as the part was delivered we again contacted yourself and let you know, and arranged to complete the job the following morning.
We arrived on time and completed the works. We did not charge anything additional in regards to the amount of time we spent on our first visit, we didn’t refuse the job when we arrived and saw the wheel nut may not be able to complete the job, we didn’t charge you call out for re-attending your vehicle, we didn’t charge you for ordering additional parts and collecting them from Ford, we kept communication and updated yourself every step of the way.
The locking wheel nut is yours, it will only work to remove your wheels, this is not a part we can take with us. You have been charged for the locking wheel nut as it’s yours to keep. you can now use it whenever you need to change tyres, brakes etc etc.
We could of simply refused the job when we arrived and saw the situation but we discussed with you and dealt with the situation appropriately, the review you left it’s a completely unfair representation of the works, effort, communication and professionalism that went into working on your vehicle
