Service and MOT all good but not a lot of communication when the car failed it a MOT and what was needed to fix it. Car has also come back dragging, after speaking to garage they have said that it needs balancing, and I should have been told this. I wasn’t, this could have been very dangerous. Nothing was even offered from there side as an apology

We firstly apologies for any way you feel and did speak with you today clarifying everything and the conversation was left on positive terms
Everything was communicated on the day of MOT and you did ask us that you need the car back the same day including all repairs and retest, the wheel alignment needed is done by a tyre shop not by garages.
We may also advise since having the car back if there were any issues why didn’t you raise them to the team immediately so a solution could have been sorted or advised ASAP.
We hope you have a good day and as per our phone conversation you didn’t mention anything else and it was all left politely with a number of solutions offered for tyre centers
