Raja was very good at his job but also very good with communication also explaining and showing me the defective parts it was a pity he was let down with the supplier of the new parts giving the wrong ones and having to return the next day to fit them making the job a lot longer. It would i think be far quicker to bring all the necessary parts with him otherwise he was very good. Alan.
