Returned the car in a very dangerous condition charged double original quote refused to take any responsibility for shoddy workmanship

Your car was done whilst under your supervision as you stood with both technicians as they worked on your car which took you safely back home over 2 hours away.
The price was also quoted and you approved of the repairs before the work took place.
Unfortunately you don’t seem to have any appreciation for the diagnostic process and the costs that it incurred, despite this being explained in detail.
I’m sorry that we wasted our time & energy on your vehicle to recieve this review. We will learn from the mistake and continue with customers that appreciate our efforts.
