Mechanic seemed friendly enough but could not find the fault on the bluetooth diagnostic reader he brought. He stated that his other reader, which would be able to detect the fault, was not with him so as a gesture of goodwill he suggested he came back with the other reader the following day at no charge as his reader could not diagnose the fault. I accepted but was then sent a quote for an additional £70 something to come out again.
