I got a call from Bogdan immediately after receiving the notification that a mechanic had accepted the job to say he could come earlier which was fantastic. Upon him arriving I said wow that was quick, at this point I was very impressed until he said "that's what my girlfriend says". Not really acceptable for a first time user of this service.
I advised him of the issue with the car and he spent 15minutes looking at it. He told me he would need to call the manufacturer directly to enquire about a part and he would get back to me within 2 days. That was nearly a week ago and nothing.
Really unacceptable for the money it cost.
