Dylan was friendly, polite and professional.

Took my car for a spin and identified what the issue was, stones trapped behind my left side wheel.
BMW Stratstone, told me it was drivers side rear suspension, which would have required an investigation and diagnosis taking hour many hours to then in all probability fit parts which weren't required. Very impressed Dylan.
