The mechanic did not arrive within the original time frame, however, he did call to apologise due to overrunning with another repair hence why I've not marked down for punctuality, sometimes things don't always go to plan. It was not a major issue as I'd not planned anything else for the day.

Ash was very professional, punctual and kept me informed throughout the work.

Very good. Picked my SQ5 up and dropped back off within 1 and half hours. After doing rear breaks and pads. Will definitely be using again.
