Bana was extremely meticulous and professional during the entire process. His strongest point is his attention to detail which became apparent even before he arrived. Not only that, but he did well above and beyond what he was expected to do. Even after the job had finished, he followed up with me and he was more than willing to offer his advice. Not to mention that based on his findings, I walked away from purchasing a faulty car which saved me thousands of pounds on hidden repairs.
