Ben arrived within a couple of hours of my posting the job. He ran diagnostics as requested, and gave me an appraisal of what was probably required to fix the problem.( A.C and heater malfunction) Unfortunately citroen dealership is required to do the job, but no complaints with Ben's input.

Ben arrived as planned having called the previous day to confirm his arrival time. He commenced work on the job, but then stated that the work was far more involved than originally thought and he would have to spend additional time to complete. We did discuss abandoning the job at this point, but as Ben had the replacement parts with him and was willing to carry on with the work it was mutually agreed to continue. An experienced, helpful and pleasant mechanic. Calling at my home to complete the job was a welcome bonus. I have no hesitation in recommending Ben to any future customer.
