Car picked up on time and was updated by the engineer on my car when it was returned. Answered all questions I had no problem. Only thing I would say is I had to phone on the day to find out what time my car was being picked up , prior to that there was no contact from the garage. Will use again though

I never met the mechanic nor called by a mechanic. This silly form needs to be heavily amended if you want decent feedback. Yes - I know it serves a range of purposes for your main business and all I had was a full service (no repairs).

Couldnt be happier with the service i received, i was so stressed that my clutch had failed a week before back to school and car connect uk ltd pulled out all the stops to back back on the road in less than 24 hours.
