The mechanic was excellent, he did a diagnostic and worked out exactly what was wrong with my car. Unfortunately because of the fault, they couldn't fix the car and advised that I'd have to take it to the main dealer. I was just a bit annoyed as I had to pay £88 for the diagnostics and again another £120 for a diagnostic from the main dealer.

Although the vehicle's wheels were in completely bad condition, the report stated that it was in good condition. The navigation system was reported to be good, although the navigation button was broken. Since the vehicle was approved, I took delivery of the vehicle today. I hope no other problems occur.

Really bad service they charge me
£10 for time slot and not arriving in this day, reschedule for next day and came 1.5 hour late after 10min hi call his boss and they realised that they own computer is not compatible with my car and advise me to go to Mercedes-Benz. So finally, they charge me £80 for telling sorry please go to Mercedes-Benz.

Hello thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Your job booking was for a diagnostic plug in-inspection. We did the diagnostic and we were able to see the fault and advised you that it can only be repaired at Mercedes. we apologise if you expected your new Mercedes X class to be repaired by booking the cheapest option of just a diagnostic which only provides the service of finding out what the issue is and advising on the repairs there on which we did, some programming and repairs can only be carried out at main dealers which is why you were instructed of the fault and advised how to repair. we carry top of the range diagnostic tools which cost in the thousands and have successfully been diagnosing cars within minutes for many years. Despite late arrival (2 hours) was quick to review fault codes and narrow down the problem (10 mins).
Provided a synopsis/photos relating to the problem in the receipt which will be useful in tendering for further work.
