Mechanic was friendly. Nothing was done as they brought the wrong battery. Car still immobile. They offered to come back with correct battery and check electrics but cost was too high particularly as car is still under warranty.

Yes my mechanic was very friendly when I spoke with him after he had completed the vehicle check and gave me all the relevant information and answered all my questions. I also received an email shortly after speaking with him, with all the information I needed. Very nice chap.

Chris was runnjng a couple of hours late but still managed to complete tasks, very friendly and certainly knew his job, not sure why he did not test drive car.
