Karl was right on time for the work. He concluded the work way earlier than I had hoped for honestly. But he did explained the gear is in good shape and that he did diagnostics to further ascertain if anything hidden that could be a problem. He confirmed the gear should be good for another 60k miles. The transmission so far works fine. I hope the "gear faulty: repair needed" messages stops permanently but it's too early to tell as the message just comes up intermittently sometimes. He did confirmed the brand are known to throw up dashboard messages even when the issue displayed does not really exist. He advised to observe the performance further and drop update on the portal if the message popup still persist or the gears performance becomes erratic.
