Yes, he quickly identified the problem and fixed it. Some parts were required and he bought it within few minutes and fixed everything.

Hi our main concern is that the mechanic advised we had a leak and to keep everything topped up, but did not specify what was actually leaking, which makes it difficult to book your services again ??
He did advise that he would add this information to the invoice but we cannot find it anywhere, this information would help us arrange a repair through yourselves soonest.
