Justin was really friendly and polite. There was an issue with getting the part for the day/time booked, however, he did contact me to let me know and to rearrange another appointment.
On the day, he contacted me to let me know approximate time of arrival.

Justin had a problem the day he was supposed to come out but after a phone call he came the next day and fitted new front brakes in less than an hour , I left it a few days to review as the problem hasn’t seemed to go away, brakes still making noises and rubbing and after a proper look it looks like it’s the back brakes that was fitted 11 months ago ( not Justin’s work ) so I’m back to square one but Justin’s work seems fine
