I was fortunate enough that the Mechanic who carried out a full service on my car was Chris, he arrived smack on 08.00a.m, he carried out a thorough inspection of my vehicle and advised me on minor faults that even I had forgotten about ! I then left Chris to carry out a full service on my car because he had gained my full trust in his work which to myself is vitally important.
