I can't remember the mechanics name but he was fantastic, friendly, helpful and polite. Couldn't be happier with the work done. Arrived on time and had the car back within 2 hours

My mechanic was very knowledgeable. Communication was excellent, letting me know when they would arrive to collect car and even sending me videos of the work he was doing. Car was returned without any problems.

I assume the new brake Pads were fitted (but obviously don't know) braking seems the same as before. Something, I'm not too happy about. The Mechanic rang me up about 15 minutes and asked me if I knew my Clutch needed changing, the Car drives fine and shows no signs of slippage or difficulty in changing gear. I don't know if this is true, but it reminds me of Kwikfit policy e.g. Generating additional unnecessary work.
