Great job with a smile. Had to come back the next day after being given the wrong parts but that wasn't his error. didn't even bat an eyelid when I lost my wheel locking nut whereas many would have refused to do it especially when it was cold and hammering it down. (Didn't charge much to drill the old ones out)

Danny was fine as far as the service went however he failed to replace a screw and washer from under the car and unbeknown to us it had gone under the car. When we went out in the car the next day it was making a funny noise so we took the car to the Mercedes dealership where they discovered the said screw and washer embedded in a tyre which was unrepairable and it cost us £94.68 to replace.I reported this along with a photo to ClickMechanic 2 days ago and as of now have failed to respond
