Jess was punctual, courteous and helpful. Her communication before the service was excellent and she helpfully answered a couple of questions. A couple of small glitches during the service were resolved, so I would have no hesitation to use Jess again for my next service.

My mechanic was punctual and kept me up to date however it took them at least 8 hours to fit a starter motor and afterwards the van wouldn't work as there the Spring clip waa knocked from the slave cylinder, which has coursed loss of use of clutch pedal which now needs a. New clip, brake fluid and clutch bleeding. Also the starter motor had only one bolt fitted very loosely and the live cable wasn't fastened and bolts sheered off including into the gear box which means it may Nedd removing to screw it out. Overall a nightmare!

Jessica was fantastic. Service was trickier due to something with the van but she persevered and manages to get it done.

Terrific. Friendly and knowledgeable. Very happy with the work carried out.

Jessica worked really hard to try and fix our car which unfortunately did not work out but she went above and beyond in trying to do the job.
