Felt a bit ripped off to be honest they call at lunch time to say it was going to cost £180 as it was going to take longer, I pushed back and they fixed it for my quoted amount of £93. It was only to clean out the washer filter that doesn’t take 2 hours!! So no I wasn’t very happy. I do hope that only the amout of £93 that I authorised has been taken from my card?
