The work Stuart carried out was satisfying. The reason that I gave 4 star to the quality is that while test- driving the car he wasn't careful enough. The car's bottom hit the kerb as one tyre was on the road the other was outside of the road. (The road was blocked by a trcuk)

I gave 4 star to the comunication as he unnecessarily prolonged the discussion with the seller. Vehicle diagnostic device was saying there is cruise control, seller was saying there isn't. There should be a 3rd party to verify it as the car was a base model.(manual rear windows). I later called Toyota headquarter, gave number plate to them. I am very happy with my recent experience. Stuart will take the time to explain everything, very knowledgeable and honest person. Doesn’t suggest any repairs unless it’s necessary ( like other garages and mechanics would do, just to take your money..). Prices are reasonable and fair. I highly recommend!
